It's transfer window may be closed in Europe's top leagues, but the rumours continue to circulate as clubs plan out future moves. Teams are working tirelessly behind the scenes on identifying targets and figuring out their budgets.



Managers will be constantly assessing their squads with sporting directors and recruitment staff scanning the market for potential deals. The rumour mill is still gathering pace and we've collated some of the biggest current transfer stories.

Tottenham are willing to pay Harry Kane's release clause next summer, according to ESPN. Spurs have first option on the England captain, if he informs Bayern Munich that he wants to leave. There is, however, no indication that Kane wants to leave Germany and he's recently expressed his happiness in Bavaria. 



Barcelona have reportedly joined the race for Dayot Upamecano. The French international is out of contract at the end of the season with Bayern Munich and various clubs are interested. Real Madrid and Manchester United have also been linked but Upamecano could still extend with Bayern. 



Manchester City are reportedly willing to offer €86 million to sign Elliot Anderson next summer. The 22-year-old has been outstanding since joining Nottingham Forest from Newcastle and he's now a regular with England. City are huge admirers of the midfielder with Chelsea also keeping tabs.
