The summer transfer window is approaching quickly on the horizon and clubs are already busy working on deals to acquire their top targets. For most clubs, planning will already be complete and they will have identified which players they want to sign, and which players they want to sell.

Real Madrid have reportedly made contact regarding a move for West Ham's Mateus Fernandes but Manchester United remain frontrunners for the Portugal midfielder. Although other reports suggets that
the Red Devils are not prepared to meet West Ham's asking price for Fernandes, which is about €90m.
According to reports in Germany, Real Madrid have also inquired about Felix Nmecha's situation at Borussia Dortmund, although the Germany midfielder's former club Manchester City and their rivals Manchester United are also in the running for the 25-year-old.
Crystal Palace and France defender Maxence Lacroix has become a target for Chelsea, who are looking to add some experience to the centre of their defence.
