Winning the Champions League is often viewed as the pinnacle of achievement in football. Certainly when it comes to the club game. The iconic theme tune preceding Europe's elite going head-to-head is nothing short of legendary. Not many players get their hands on the famous trophy - even superstars such as Zlatan Ibrahimović and Gianluigi Buffon never won it. But for a very select group of players, winning the Champions League with one club wasn't enough. Just 27 players have managed the feat of winning Europe's elite competition with more than one team since the tournament's reformat in 1992. Let's find out who makes the list.

Only one player has managed the incredible achievement of winning the Champions League with three different clubs and that man is former midfielder Clarence Seedorf. The Dutchman won it with Ajax in 1995, Real Madrid in 1998, and twice with AC Milan in 2003 and 2007. We have ranked the rest of the list by the total Champions League titles won. Toni Kroos has won the competition as many as six times - once with Bayern Munich in 2013 and five times with Real Madrid in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2022 and 2024. The tournament's all-time top scorer Cristiano Ronaldo has won it five times - once with Manchester United in 2008 and four times with Los Blancos in 2014, 2016, 2017 and 2018.

Centre-half Gerard Piqué won it once with Man United and three times with Barcelona. Defender David Alaba won it twice with Bayern Munich and twice with Real Madrid. Whilst midfielder Mateo Kovacic won it three times with Real Madrid and once with Chelsea. Argentine Fernando Redondo won the Champions League twice with Real Madrid and once with AC Milan, whilst Cameroonian forward Samuel Eto'o won it twice with Barcelona and once with Inter Milan. There are then a further 19 players who have won it twice but with two different clubs, including goalkeeper Scott Carson, who was part of Liverpool's winning squad in 2005 and Manchester City's winning side in 2023.
